Central Jersey Pool Management prides itself on it’s proactive approach to pool management. One of the most important elements to a safe pool facility is having professionally trained pool managers. The first, and most basic step, to ensuring pool managers are professionally trained is attending and passing this NOW 1 FULL DAY intensive course run by Central Jersey Pool Management. The course will be broken up into two session during 1 Day:
Session 1 – American Red Cross Lifeguard Management Course
Session 2 – CJPM Management training (involving hands on scenario’s, question/answer discussion, etc)
ALL POOLS SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST ONE STAFF MEMBER CERTIFIED FOR LIFEGUARD MANAGEMENT ON STAFF AT ALL TIMES!

Requirements: Valid American Red Cross Lifeguard/First Aid AND CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certifications are preferred but not required. All other materials will be supplied.
